Elective months given?

I was wondering if anyone had any info on number of elective months different residency programs allow during the three years:

1) Number of elective months in house allowed?
2) Number of elective months allowed outside system?
3) Total number of electives allowed in any one subspeciallty like SCI, EMG or Pain?

(basically what is the set up for the three years)

I believe these are the #s.
4 electives which can be done away (atleast some of them)
1/2 day week in an outpatient clinic of your choice starting the 2nd half of PGY-2, roughly equal to 3 more months of electives (10% of 30 months)

At the GTUH/NRH program we have one elective month, typically in the fourth year.
