elective rotations

where do we find information what previous students said about their elective rotations? I can't find any of that online; there has to be something or am I missing anything here?

Talk to upperclassmen in your program regarding where they went and what they thought; network with friends-of-friends. There are some random threads around the internet for individual site reviews, but I don't know of a comprehensive review site (but I'm probably behind the times).
