Electives that help in dermatology match?

I'm 4th year medical student in 5-year program(IMG). I did USMLE step 1 and got 254. I'm interested in dermatology residency and looking forward to do an elective and a subinternship in the summer following this year. For subI, do you think I should do it in medicine or surgery, which helps more in the match?

medicine sub-I is what most do, but I doubt either would help or hurt you much.
