electives

Hi Everyone!

I'm in the process of deciding which electives to choose, but application fees alone are pretty steep as an IMG.

Has anyone done electives at UNC, Mayo, UT? or anywhere really? I'm just wondering how competitive they are and if the teaching is worth the money?

Background - I'm a US citizen and I've passed step I. Want to go into neonatology/peds or internal med.
