Sheeesh im posting on here a lot today. I'm writing up a little document for my dentist with more information about me and on instructions for the LOR. My dentist is an older gentleman, so I want to make sure I give clear instructions to avoid any hiccups. So, does the signature have to be wet, or simply electronically signed? Im wondering because for HPSP stuff all the signatures have to be wet. Anybody know? Thanks.
