So, I provide the name and email address of the professor and that's it?
I won't be able to contact the professor physically so I need to know that there is nothing else that I have to do.

Nope, I'm pretty sure that's all. I entered my professors email address, received an email from AADSAS saying it was sent and within the hour he had submitted the LOR.
