elmiron is used for interstitial cystitis. First time coming across a patient on it, and they need an ILESI. It is a weak blood thinner.

Do you guys hold elmiron and if so, for how long?

Who cares. Treat it like asa or nsaid.

Pentosan. weak anticoagulant, but you are doing an ESI, so....

apparently, per ASRA, hold for 5 days before procedure, start 24 hours after....
