I have an interview Feb. 4th at Elon. Anyone already interview at Elon that can tell me what to expect? How many interviews, how the interviews are set up, types of questions, how many other interviewees, etc. Anybody else interviewing that day?

I interviewed but did not get in at Elon. 3 10-minute interviews, each with 2 faculty members. Questions were all behavioral-type; tell us about a time when you...got in an argument, had to make a big decision, etc. Did not ask questions like: why did you apply to Elon? Why would you make a good PT, etc.

I'm sorry you didn't get in. Thanks for the info. Were the interviews one-on-one?

Has anyone that was placed on Elon's waiting list got off yet?

I just had to decline my acceptance for a cheaper instate school. So, one spot down! Good luck!

I actually decided to chose a school in state for me, UAB, that is a bit closer to home (Huntsville, Alabama) and, of course, much cheaper. I loved Elon, though! It was beautiful and the teachers were really professional, qualified, and compassionate- really wanting you to succeed.

That's great! I am waitlisted at Elon and in at a school in NY. However, while the school has a good reputation, but all of my experiences around them have been awful and the more I learn about the program the more I dont like it...and the more I wonder if I can be successful there. Not sure if I should apply again next year or suck it up and go to the NY school

Are you talking about Elon? I'm sorry you had bad experiences there. But I would definitely chose the school you felt that you would succeed and enjoy, since you'll be there for three more years. Is there any way you can find out where you are on either waitlist? Perhaps you will be accepted into the school in NY and Elon and you will be able to make the best decision. Good luck!

Well, I just the phone call bumping me in at Elon today! I CANT WAIT! Good luck to u

I got in too! Are you going to go?

IS there is a spot where we can go and talk to current students and find potential roomates?
