Hi,
For the phone number and address for those recommending you, should it be home or business? This feels like a dumb question but I REALLY don't want to do anything wrong. Can someone help me out here?

It should be whatever number and address they prefer to be contacted at. You should ask your eLOR writer(s).

Yup, definitely ask them what they prefer. For most of mine I gave their school/business info, but one requested I use their personal email instead.
