To you guys also: Thanks. I'm glad someone is finding my posts helpful in some way. Sometimes you wonder if anyone is paying attention, listening or even cares. Trust me, it's not easy distilling a volcano of negativity and burnout into something positive and potentially helpful.

(P.S. Can you multi-quote from different threads?)

You can't directly like you do within a thread by clicking the + button, but you could if you opened the other thread (thread 2) in a different tab, then clicked "quote" in that thread to open the "reply to" box. It would include the quote tags and you could copy and paste that into your message in thread number 1. That would essentially format the quote correctly and provide the click button so readers can find the original post containing the quote.
