I have a 220 on my Step 1 but only a 475 on my COMLEX level 1. Will it be difficult to apply to EM audition rotations with those scores? Is it unrealistic to apply to EM? Will they screen out my VSAS application because of my comlex score?

You'll be fine. With the USMLE, ACGME programs won't care to look at your COMLEX. Not a ton of places have a hard USMLE cutoff and those that do, it's usually 220, except for some programs like Vandy. You're fine for EM, just apply broadly and realistically.

I would call after sending apps. 220 should get it done tho.

220 is adequate, most traditional ACGME programmes won't care about your COMLEX with a decent USMLE score.
