Gimme a T! (since I took too long typing my response)
To the OP: if you search for previous threads or just hang out in this forum a bit you'll find a lot of resistance to questions about the overall quality of EM residencies. Most here will say that due to stringent RRC requirements, all EM residencies are of high quality, so fit and the strengths of a program relative to your own interests become more important.
You'll have better responses if you ask something like "does anyone have any experience with Bay State? what are the program's strengths and weaknesses?" Or better yet, "I'm really interested in ultrasound, critical care, and tactical underwater basket weaving--should I be looking at Bay State, and any other suggestions?"
