I'm just starting residency (18 working days of medical school left... yeeeah), so I know that I won't really be "job hunting" for another 2-3 years down the road, but I'd like to hear what you all have to say:
I was at my home hospital today, hanging out in the resident's lounge during lunch. I picked up a copy of a magazine entitled "The Hospitalist" and flipped through it. What really caught my attention were the innumerable, multicolored "job ads" trying to recruit new IM board-eligible/certified docs to join this-and-that hospitalist group located in gorgeous (insert location here). The ads sold the positions with "signing bonus, great benefits, respected physician-owned group" and all that. For a second there, I wanted to be a hospitalist.
Can anyone recommend a similar resource out there (print, web, or otherwise) for EM jobs? Like I said, I'm just starting out, but it sure is nice to 'pretend' sometimes.
