Anybody know anything about the following text for more of a midlevel provider.

An Introduction to Clinical Emergency Medicine: Guide for Practitioners in the Emergency Department. Editors: S.V. Mahadevan and Gus Garmel.

Cambridge University Press

I personally have never heard of it but a friend of mine was considering buying the text for some general clinical info.

Gus Garmel is the PD at Stanford. When I saw him at the SAEM meeting he was pushing this book. All that being said I didnt buy it, I got the Mitchell and Medzon INtro to EM book and I thought it was real good for me 4th yr rotations.
