I submitted my app and am already freaking out. On my resume, I used a gmail account. Is this considered unprofessional? Are we supposed to use our school accounts from undergrad?

No! A lot of people applying have been out of school for a while and don't even have a school e-mail. And I always prefer to use my personal e-mail because that's the one I check the most. It does not matter.
