Hi everyone!! So the email that I used for my preferred email on AMCAS is no longer working. I changed my preferences on AMCAS to a new email and resubmitted my app. Should I be nervous that I may not receive the interview invites or that I may have missed some? I'm just not sure how long it takes schools to update these preferences once you resubmit. I checked the "communication status" section of most of the schools I applied to, just to make sure I didn't miss anything. But some schools do not have this section on their secondary.

Thanks for your help! Know I am being a little neurotic here.

This sucks, but you've taken all the obvious first steps. Each school is different, and no one here can give you a definitive answer about being nervous, or assure you that you're good because you updated AMCAS.

If it were me, I'd send an e-mail to each school explaining the situation and making sure they had a good e-mail address for me. There would honestly be nothing worse at this stage of the game than missing an opportunity to interview because an e-mail goes astray.

Thank you for the advice!

If you're really terrified also check the portals once a week.
