If you email schools (the admissions office) questions, and they email you back an answer, do you guys typically email them back with a 'thank you'?

I do it but I can see how these thank you emails can get annoying.

I have a large volume of email to go through everyday as well and at some point the thank you emails just turn into an annoyance. I am grateful not everyone I correspond with sends a thank you email.

That said, it's better to be annoying for spamming them than to seem ungrateful.
