I'm wondering if it would be OK to email a school with my transcript, and ask whether a specific undergrad class would be accepted? Would they consider this as an annoying question, or is that normal to ask? Most of my doubt is over a semester of orgo 1 (no lab) during undergraduate, and my plan to take orgo 2 with lab in another school. And a sociology-related course that may or may not count.

I had to email almost every school about some biology lab pre requisites - definitely worth it! Just be respectful in your email and I think it should be perfectly fine

It should be fine, but I would ask you what your academic and prehealth advisors say about those courses. We will generally defer to their websites when it comes to discussing how applicable a course is for prehealth requirements.

Great! I will do that once I get into my second university to take some of the courses I was missing in my (unrelated to medicine) undergraduate degree program.
