I am pre-pharmacy, and I have drank under age. I wasn't caught, and only I know that I did it; is there ever a point in the pharmacy industry where I would have to swear under oath and/or take a polygraph test concerning past, illicit drug use?

They told me 3 months when they did it. Very few places do those though. Only place where I saw it done was my industry rotation. They dont do it before admission into pharmacy school.

This isn't the FBI you're trying to work for, and even then, I'm sure FBI agents still get jobs if they admit to drug use in the past. No one is perfect. If drinking underage is burning a hole in your conscience, you're a better person than I.

Correct. Up to 3 months, that's the max. Depending on the person, it might only detect a few weeks to a month. It all depends on amount and frequency of use, metabolic rate, body mass, age, overall health, drug tolerance, urine pH, on and on and so forth.

Pretty amusing post. I feel like many science majors are not exposed to the world outside of academics very often. Polygraph tests are not even accurate/reliable anyway, thus why they cannot be used in court. You'd have to admit it so there could be a record of it, like this internet forum for example, otherwise it never existed. You're fine though.
