Drawing a blank here.....
What is that common question that asks something about least or most common site of a embolism. Something about dual blood supply....
Is it the lungs that are LEAST likely to get one???
Or the Spleen that is MOST likely to get one???

ERRRR!

GI and Lungs have dual blood supply, hence why they get hemorragic infarcts, and everywhere else you get pale infarcts. As far as the spleen, they infarct commonly because they have end arteries, and that is why you get autosplenectomy in sickle cell patients.
