How important are the embryology sections of First Aid? I remember someone telling me that they had 1 embryology question on their entire exam. I was thinking about skipping the pages dealing with embryology and just review them towards the end. Is that a good idea?

I think we should def pay attention to ALL of the HY pathology tie ins.

Everything in FA is HY.

edit: Meaning try and tie in the embryology you see on there with the pathology (ex: allantois, vitelline duct, Rathke's pouch, etc.). I plan on doing embryology closer to my exam date.

I think this is going to depend on your target score. Not studying embryo probably won't keep you from passing, but knowing embryo could be the difference between a 240 and a 235, for example.

May I suggest HY Embryo for embryology? It was 24k gold when I took the anatomy+embryo shelf. It's close to 200 pages, but it's an easy read (felt more like 100 pages) and I was able to finish the whole book in a couple of hours.
