Emergency electives - CORD?

If you rotate in an emergency medicine-related specialty like toxicology, EMS, psych ED, etc., where you are supervised by or work with emergency medicine attendings, should they write a regular LOR or use the CORD?

Either is OK, leave it to your referee to decide.
 
As for the CORD. It's easier, so they'll likely do a better job and a more universal form. If they feel like putting a short narrative they still can.
