To my knowledge - pretty reliable. However a lot of stuff (like treatment options) is outdated.

Although they were made a while ago, the concepts and review of everything is worth it.
They are not too long and you can easily go through everything in one evening.
I watched the videos on 1.5x speed and read through powerpoints at the same time.

The random specific things she mentioned helped with my shelf exams, not CK.
The general conceptual things helped with CK more.

Her videos are really helpful for shelf exams so many concepts from there was tested.
