Has anyone heard of any movement on the Emory wait list???

No, unfortunately I haven't heard anything. I would think there should be more movement since they start in July.

I e-mailed Erica Black a few days ago, and she said that they expected to see a little waitlist movement fairly soon.

As to how much movement, the size of the waitlist, or odds of getting off, who knows? I couldn't pry that out of her. 😉

emory's info they handed out at the interview said waitlist notifications would start "in late may"... so we should hear soon

I am doing Air Force HPSP, so I can't change schools after 6/15. If I dont get a call from them by Monday (if I got a call on the 15th I guess its possible I could manage it if I fax everything) I wont be able to go, and I really want to.

They said late May or early June is when they typically first start to accept people, so its not strange if nobody has heard yet.

I am just about out of time though. Theres still hope but it has to be by Wed for sure, and for practical purposes it might have to be Mon.

i'm not sure when he found out exactly...recently though, maybe a week or two ago. and yes, he accepted; it was his first choice. 🙂 sorry, i don't know how he was notified...i'll post if/when I find out. gluck to everyone!

I callled the admissions office today and was told that the class had stabilized. Any holdouts, looks like it's about time to abandon all hope.

oh well, i was hoping for emory to call me... maybe it's for the best that i'll go to MCG and save about 60-80K in debt...

of course, late movement is always possible.
