I'm going to be non-traditional applicant. Is it bad to list it if it's not relating to dentistry?

Its a good thing to come into dentistry from a different background. Yes, most students will come in with a strict science background straight out of college, but coming from a different major and/or working for a few years before returning can be a positive to your application. Dental schools like to have a diverse student body, so your background will give you something different to contribute to your class. Having employment outside the sciences can show that you have developed business skills that will be helpful when running your practice later on. Definitly include your employment history wether its realted to dentistry or not.
