30 hours a month will put you on track to exceed 300 hours by the time you apply. Definitely sufficient, though of course the more you do (and wider variety of experiences you have), the better

It's excellent clinical experience and would give you "enough." However, you would also benefit from exposure to other areas of medicine either via other kinds of volunteering, a job, or shadowing. The latter could be in addition to your EMT work.
