How do you get yor EMT? How long will it take? Can you take 6:00p.m. classes for EMT or summer classes?

How do you get yor EMT? How long will it take? Can you take 6:00p.m. classes for EMT or summer classes?

I did the entire 4 semester paramedic program by doing courses during the summer (EMT-B) and 2 nights a week starting at 6pm (EMT-I & EMT-P).

EMT-B is 1 semester.

I did EMT-B at UCLA on the weekends, 8am-5pm saturdays and sundays for 6 weeks I believe.

Different programs have different schedules, so check into the programs in your area.

I took my EMT class in the summer, 3 days a week, at a local community college. Definitely check to see who offers the class in your area.
