Hey guys. So I just finished a skype interview for a residency position outside the USA. The interview went fantastic, I nailed every question, and made the interviewer laugh. Ending the skype call can sometimes be awkward and im not sure on what to do in this scenario.

Anyway, my interview came to an end and the employer said thanks for being interested in our prog, please forward any questions by email, it was a pleasure to meet you, etc etc. I replied the same and thanked them for interviewing me then I hung up the skype call. So looking back - I am not really sure how big of a deal it is to hang up first, or should I have waited for them to hang up? I wanted to avoid sitting there with the you hang up no i hang up moment.

Not a big deal. In fact, not even a deal.

I'm curious, what country will you be planning to do residency? I'm sure you're fine hanging up first, LOL!
