I agree with Rafdaman. Questions are very basic and simple. My interviews all started with "tell me about yourself." No technical questions and no need to prepare to prove your proficiency i.e. they will NOT ask you about composition of gutta purcha or what color is file size 35.
Although, I read that Case University requires you to prepare a presentation consisting 8 to 10 root canal cases you have done.

What other programs did you apply to? What other interviews? Have you heard from another program?
How many RCTs have you done? How do you know endo if you have done only # of RCTs?

Why do you want to come to our program?
Why should we select you among 100 to 150 applicants? What do you bring to the table that others don't?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?

What do you plan to do if you don't get in?
What are your goals?
Did you apply to 2 and/or 3 year programs? why or why not?
Do you plan to teach? in what capacity?
What are your interests? what do you do in your free time?

If you had a problem with someone in your group, how would you handle it? What would you do if that didn't work?
Do you consider yourself more a leader or a follower when working in a group setting?
