So as i have been reading throughout many threads, many Endo programs look more favorably on those who have completed a GPR..What about doing an AEGD then applying to Endo? Or do they want a GPR over an AEGD?

Not sure where i heard this, but i think they prefer a year of private practice over gpr/aegd.

Private Practice experience is preferred over an additonal academic year e.g AEGD or GPR.
