Endo programs that accept outright?

I'm a D3 and I'm looking to apply for endo residency.
I do have a fairly good rank, but from what I have been hearing many endo programs require 1-2 years of experience before applying.

Before I go into every endo residency website/emailing their office, does anyone know which schools do accept (or even prefer) fresh new grads?

I don't think there is any program that actually prefers fresh grads. That doesn't mean that some programs may pick up one or two candidates fresh out of school. Apply broadly. Apply to GPR/AEGD programs as well.
