very blunt question i have here to those in the know. How much does it cost to set up an endo office, what is the overhead, how may patients do endodontist see daily(average) and finally what kind of money would an office gross(average)? thanks for your replies
 
too many variables in that question….i would guess 500k start up, 45% overhead, 7 patients a day, $1100 per rct.
 
I would say 350k to start up, 35% overhead 5 finished cases, 1300/case.
 
I believe average O.H. for Endo is 50%. Not sure about case volume, but many cases are 2 hours, are re-treats, or consultations. Start-up costs are low for Endo.
