Hi,
I've alread reviewed the literature regarding endoscopic ulnar nerve release. This is a relatively new technique. How common is it for hand surgeons to us it in private practice? It's efficacy is on par with the open variants for ulnar nerve release, however the time back it takes to recover from it is days instead of months. Who are some of the guys in the states who're known for doing it in private practice?
