Engineering classes

I apoligize in advance if this question has been asked before.
Does the AAMC GPA count engineering classes in the science GPA? I have alot of biomedical engineering classes that could swing both ways between engineering and biology (eg quantitative human physiology), what should I classify these under?

classify as you feel they are appropriate. there has been some discussion on this, use the search function.

i did engr and some classes i put as bcpm and some as engr, depends on the content.

ie. intro to thermo i put under chemistry
