Did anyone who majored in chemical Engineering or bioengineering become a dentist?

If so, looking back, what do you think about your decision to major in engineering, good? bad?

would you do something differently?

Is this not the third post you've created asking essentially the same question?

Starting to think this guy is a troll. Nobody who has hopes of being a dentist can possibly be this dense.

And just imagine how much this guy is going to stress when he hits o-chem.

I am not a dentist yet, but I am majoring in chemical engineering and applied this cycle. One of the dentists that I shadowed majored in engineering as well which was really reassuring 🙂

Looking back I would still do it again just because engineering is more about developing technical problem solving skills and learning how to manage a difficult courseload then anything else. And, during my interviews, I received a lot of compliments for choosing to major in such a hard field. Also, it is a great backup plan in case dental school didn't work out since clearly there is still a high need for engineers in industry, laboratories, etc. If I were you I would definitely stick with it.

nobody should answer his posts anymore...don't feed him..thats what he wants..and no this is LIKE HIS 50 MILLIONTH THREAD
