I need help .My English language is very bad so I plan to take English course for three months in NY.Could you recommend some places for me,please? Do some institutes in NY teach English for dentist?

You could try enrolling at a community college for some basic english courses. The summer semester usually starts in June and the enrollment for it starts from April. So good luck.

You can also try Kaplan. They have English courses there...
