English Doctor Immigrating to Canada

I am currently a student doctor in London, England and recently visited Canada, I absolutely adored the country and would if possible immigrant one day. I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me any information on the procedure I would have to follow to become a working doctor in Canada, as I have been told that foreign doctors getting a place in a Canadian Hospital is very difficult.
