Many of the schools - UCLA and USF inparticular - have requirements for English and Psych. I have a BA in Sociology from UCSB - I've tried to get feedback from the schools but am having trouble getting anyone to return my e-mails and calls. Does anyone know if classes such as the following would satisfy the requirments?:
General Psychology (1 qtr)
Social Psychology (1 qtr)
Sociology of Family (1 qtr)
European Lit Masterpieces (2 qtrs)
Fantasic Tales (Comp Lit) (1 qtr)
Academic Writing (1 qtr)
Writing Narrative Prose (1 qtr)

Forgive me for being so naive, but I assume the 1 qtr general psychology was 3 credits? Your general psychology class, Academic writing class and Writing Narrative Prose class probably cover those requirements.

In the ADEA book all the schools I looked into that required Psych and English require 3 credits of General Psychology, 3 credits of Freshman writing, and 3 credits of Advanced writing. Hope that helps.

Usually (but not always) these courses are required to graduate with a bachelors degree (General Studies credits).
