Hi everyone!

I have been unable to sleep because of this one issue with my app :/ i'm unable to find an answer on any other thread/forum...however i'm sure its out there somewhere.

So in HS i received a 3 on the AP test for Engl Lit.
So naturally when I started college at my local cc (wasnt thinking ahead) i skipped to English 1BH and havent taken an English class since.

My question is: Can I still list a planned english course on my AACOMAS application and still be verified without an English grade? I plan to submit my primaries early June but dont know when I will take the course- before I matriculate of course.

I'm not sure exactly how it's viewed, but I was offered an interview at a school that requires biochemistry without having taken the class nor signed up for it. I don't think there's a place on the AACOMAS app to list planned courses if you haven't signed up for them yet (unless it changed this year), but some secondaries have a spot for you to list planned courses.

(Edit: Originally said 2 schools. One of them was only recommended, not required. Changed to say 1 school.)

You can list planned classes. I'm not sure how getting verified works since this is my first year applying, but I do know you can apply without all of the prereqs completed. You just need to complete them by the time you matriculate.

Relevant info for in-progress/planned coursework (make sure to check the FAQs at bottom too).

Basically planned or in-progress classes are not subject to verification (thus don't need to be on transcripts). You send updated transcripts directly to your schools and/or update AACOMAS during specific update windows.

Verification just means AACOMAS is validating your application. You don't need pre-reqs to be completed for this process, as long as you have all of them completed before you matriculate to whatever school you end up attending.
