Question is, did anyone have a chance to read the whole entire passage with enough time to answer all the questions? And what do you feel is the best technique to tackle down the questions, I know everyones different but do you think there's time to jott down important information?

Another question is are the questions asked in the order there seen in the paragraphs? or can they ask you a question related to paragraph 7 and then ask a question related to paragraph 2 for example?

Some were, some weren't. For example, there might be two consecutive questions that were in order, but then the third would reference a point made in a later paragraph, which made search and destroy somewhat difficult.

I used the seek and destroyer method, and I ended up with 6 extra minutes on my hands, which I used to relax, before starting the QR section.
For two of my passages, the answers to the questions were in order (Answer to the 1st question was in the 1st paragraph and so long). However, my 2nd passage, which was also the longest didn't work this way. I had to read 6 paragraphs, before I found the answer to question 1. That's the thing though, if you decide to go with seek and destroy, you must remain calm at all times and continue reading at a steady paste, even if you're half way through and you still haven't found the answer to the 1st question.
