Is it possible to be enrolled as a special student (for graduate school) or a master's degree seeking student at another university while attending medical school (or when starting medical school the first year?)

Is it possible to be enrolled as a special student (for graduate school) or a master's degree seeking student at another university while attending medical school (or when starting medical school the first year?)

I dont think there are any rules against it, however, considering how busy medical school is, where would you find the time for an additional course?
I would not recommend trying to take more than the first year med school load.....
