What sort of grades, Step 1 scores and GPA, should one have in order to have a chance at ENT residencies.

There have been numerous threads on this - try doing a search, which should yield many results.

Alternatively, you can go to www.otomatch.com, where there is also relevant discussions in this area. Indeed, at this site there are many surveys which students who have matched have filled in (ie # of pubs, USMLE I, AOA, etc).

In short, however, I think the answer to your question in simply:

Stellar, Stellar and Stellar.
