Entering course information for precollege class?

I took a summer pre college course two summers before college and the coursework counted for college credit by my grade isnt even on my college transcripts.. how do I enter that on my coursework and transcript information?

You don't. Your entered classes/grades/credits/year taken needs to exactly match your official transcripts submitted.

It probably didn't count as an official class but rather satisfied your overall credit requirement for the institution (commonly 120 credits).
