Entering Coursework in AADSAS

Just wondering when entering full year courses such Biology in which the fall semester would be BIOL 1000X and the winter semester BIOL 1000Y, how can I enter this into AADSAS? Should I just put each as separate 3 credit hour courses even though it is a full year 6 credit course?

yes, because the titles are different with having an X and Y after the number. You need to put the X and Y when entering the titles, so I'd say the only way to do that is if you enter the courses separately.
