It is clearly stated in the USF/SFSU program that they do not accept transfer students into their program, but i am seeing people on these boards applying that didnt go to SFSU or USF and are being waitlisted, and accepted into their MPT or DPT programs.

Can someone explain this to me?
 
They mean you cant transfer from another PT program into theirs. They could care less where you get your Bachelor's at.
