Anyone familiar with this company that provides staffing for a variety of physicians specialties but mainly anesthesiology and ER medicine?

I’m interested in positive and negative experiences of those who have been employed.

Private Equity rip off trash. Good if you want money for a year or two post training and experience. Otherwise, like most private equity gigs, you're worked like a dog to the ground, take in a paltry of what you bring in, have to answer to business people/admin. If I remember correctly, one tried offering a friend $300,000 for 10,000 wRVUs.

Corporate medicine to be sure. I was part of a buyout years ago and Sheridan was pretty good to us. Envision as a non buyout straight employee is just that. Market rate mostly. Benefits average at best. I think a hospital employee gig would offer more upside

Good rule of thumb for Envision and their ilk...expect that whatever work situation they offer you today will probably be worse in 2-3 years. That said, I've witnessed Envision destroy a previously great place to work in less than 1 year.
