I thought this might be interesting to a lot of people since I feel like many people are constantly looking for supplements to keep them focused and alert. Plus, I am not too familiar with ephedrine and am interested to see what you all might say. I heard its now illegal in CA, but its super easily ordered online so.....?

be careful, that stuff is dangerous even if abused in the slightest sense, also beware of "proprietary" formulas. taken w/ niacin is a recipe for disaster.

stuff is very expensive now days too.

I go to the pharmacy and buy Bronkaid over the counter (this contains ephedrine and an expectorant) (for asthma - no questions asked ~12 dollars)

also buy 200 mg caffeine pills. (price varies - buy generics)

My schedule : 200 mg caffeine and 1 bronkaid upon waking, followed by 100mg caffeine and 1/2 a bronkaid after lunch.


Be advised, this is what I do, I am in no way a role model.
