If your hospital uses Epic, how does the radiation oncology practice cooperate (clinical notes, scheduling, billing)? We get clinical notes into Epic at this time, but we still use Mosaiq as a primary EMR for the practice. Curious to hear about different arrangements...

All clinically related notes in Epic (H&P/consult, FU, OTV, Tx completion summary)
All non-RO related scheduling/billing in Epic (e.g. diagnostic imaging, biopsies, etc.).
All RO scheduling/billing/technical documentation in MOSAIQ

Agree with above. Billing for clinic vists through EPIC, billing for treatments and plans and such through MOSAIQ.
