Position Overview: We're seeking experienced physicians to provide Epic EHR support during a critical go-live period in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians with strong Epic expertise to leverage their clinical and technical knowledge while helping fellow healthcare providers succeed with their new EHR system.

Epic Physician Support - Contract Position (New York, NY) Two-Week Go-Live Support Project

This is an excellent opportunity for physicians with strong Epic expertise to leverage their clinical and technical knowledge while helping fellow healthcare providers succeed with their new EHR system.
Project Details:
- Duration: February 1 - February 15, 2025 (2 weeks)
- Location: New York, NY
- Hours: Up to 72 hours per week
- Possibility of Extension: Yes, based on project needs
- Provide at-the-elbow support to physicians and clinical staff during Epic go-live
- Deliver peer-to-peer guidance on Epic workflows and best practices
- Proactively identify and resolve Epic-related issues
- Assist in the development and submission of IT tickets when needed
- Support providers in optimizing their Epic experience
- Share best practices for clinical documentation and order entry
- Active physician license
- High proficiency in Epic EHR system
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Available for the full project duration (Feb 1 - Feb 15, 2025)
- Previous Epic go-live support or training experience
- Experience in multiple clinical settings
- Background in EHR optimization or physician training
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Travel expenses reimbursed
