Hello,
I recently switched from PC to Mac and can no longer use Epocrates as a Pharmaceutical Palm reference. Anyone have any suggestions?

1) You can't use the free light version but you can use Epocrates Pro which also includes the ID database and other invaluable stuff

or

2) Purchase or borrow copy of Virtual PC which will allow you to use Windows and download light version

Epoc Pro was very valuable for me on the wards.

try pepid, which is designed for macs, and not as compatible with PC's.

as a side note, if you sign up for Epocrates Pro for a year, then decline to renew your Pro subscription, the program will revert to regular old Epocrates. However, it will sync and update normally on your mac. Seems to me that Epocrates was just lazy and didnt want to code an install in OSX for the free version of Epocrates, as I've continued using Epocrates without a hitch for the last year since my Pro version expired.
